Seeking a skilled and polished Senior Stewardess with strong experience and longevity on large yachts

Responsibilities

Lead guest-facing operations with precision and elegance

Oversee service and interior standards alongside the Chief Stewardess

Maintain exceptional guest experience through formal service and attention to detail

Assist with mentoring junior stews and training

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience on 60m+ yachts

Good longevity in previous positions

Formal service training is a bonus

Valid Schengen visa

Excellent team spirit, presentation, and communication skills
