Responsibilities
Focus on crew catering under the guidance of the Senior Sous Chef
Prepare varied, high-quality meals with an emphasis on nutrition and taste
Work collaboratively in a busy galley with a professional culinary team
Adapt to changing requirements and schedules onboard
Requirements
Previous high-end restaurant background essential
Yachting experience preferred but not required
Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude
Strong culinary skills and ability to follow structured kitchen systems
Mandatory Certifications
Professional Culinary Diploma (VRQ3/NVQ3 or higher)
Food Hygiene Level 2
STCW (fully updated)
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (minimum 6 months validity)
Seaman’s Discharge Book
