Responsibilities Work with HODs on purchasing invoicing delivery of stores and services administration accounting petty cash management crew administration including payroll and procurement manage shipments salary reporting budgets and leave accounts plan crew changes including flights visas and transfers handle port call paperwork liaise with agents plan guest trips prepare itineraries assist Captain as needed

Requirements Minimum 2 years Purser experience or Chief Stew/Purser with strong admin skills Purser certificate preferred strong accounting and administration background advanced Microsoft Excel skills easy-going flexible motivated B1/B2 visa preferred
