Position Rotational Engineer – 37M Private Performance Sailing Yacht

Start Date ASAP (Joining in the UK)

Location Worldwide Itinerary including USA East Coast Caribbean Brazil South Africa Indian Ocean Asia and Pacific

Salary DOE with annual salary reviews

Leave 3:3 Rotation

Contract Permanent

Vessel Details 37M Private Performance Sailing Yacht recently refitted with overhauled main engine and two new generators used around 10 weeks per year by a family of four watersports-oriented crew

Responsibilities Maintain all engineering systems including new generators and 366kW engine which qualifies for sea time ensure smooth technical operations contribute to safe sailing and support watersports activities

Requirements

AEC2 minimum working toward Y4 or equivalent preferred

Background in electromechanics or similar

Hands-on experience with marine systems diagnostics and maintenance

Interest in watersports such as kitesurfing is an advantage

Strong team spirit and proactive work ethic
