45m+ Private/Charter Sailing Yacht – Currently in Cuba, returning to the Med for summer, Caribbean for winter 2025/26, and onward to the Pacific – Boss loves to sail – Active crew culture – Water sports and diving-oriented program

Responsibilities

Manage all engineering systems onboard – Troubleshoot and perform repairs without contractor assistance in remote locations – Ensure technical reliability during ocean passages – Support a dynamic sailing-focused itinerary – Maintain safety and compliance standards

Requirements

Y3 or SV Chief Engineer certification required – Hands-on problem solver – Comfortable working independently in isolated cruising areas – Experience on sailing yachts preferred – Enjoys long-distance voyages – Diving qualifications a strong bonus
