Position Rotational Captain

Location Miami, FL (Initial) → Mediterranean → South Florida/Bahamas

Salary DOE

Leave 3:3 Rotation

Contract Rotational – Private

Vessel Details 42m private motor yacht. Currently in Miami and preparing to ship to the Mediterranean for the summer season. Will return to South Florida in the fall with cruising plans in the Bahamas and potentially the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

Full responsibility for vessel operations, navigation, and crew leadership

Oversee safety, compliance, and planned maintenance

Plan and manage cruising schedules across varied regions

Liaise with owners and ensure smooth guest operations

Requirements

Minimum Master 350GT license

Extensive experience as Captain in the Med, U.S. East Coast, Bahamas, and Caribbean

Valid B1/B2 visa, U.S. Green Card, or U.S. Passport required

Strong leadership and communication skills

Well-versed in managing shipping logistics and operational transitions
