Responsibilities

Oversee all onboard administrative functions

Manage budgets, accounts, and inventory systems

Handle crew documentation, contracts, and payroll

Coordinate guest itineraries, customs, and port clearances

Liaise with department heads and owners to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Purser on 100m+ yachts

Relevant certifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent English

Able to work independently with professionalism
