Vessel Details 40M Private/Charter Motor Yacht – Winter in Bahamas/Caribbean – Summer in the Med – Great Owner – Busy Program

Responsibilities Lead deck operations – Manage deck team and maintenance – Assist in navigation and guest activities – Ensure safety procedures and high-standard exterior presentation

Requirements

• Yacht Master Offshore required – OOW preferred

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience on similar size yachts

• Proven charter experience

• B1/B2 visa in hand

• Fluent/native English speaker

• Strong leadership and work ethic
