Vessel Details 40m+ private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean – Single-season program – Currently located in Italy – Focus on high-standard maintenance and hands-on leadership

Responsibilities Oversee daily bridge and deck operations – Assist the Captain in yacht management – Lead and manage deck crew – Maintain the yacht to a high standard – Confident in tender driving and water sports support – Strong in administrative tasks and team coordination

Requirements OOW 500 – All certificates valid and up to date – Proven deck operations experience – Excellent leadership and maintenance capabilities – Skilled in tender driving and water sports
