Location South Florida (Bahamas & Caribbean itinerary)

Salary DOE

Leave 38 days per year (option for additional unpaid leave subject to itinerary)

Contract Permanent – SEA Contract

Vessel Details 33m private motor yacht based in South Florida. Cruising program includes the Bahamas and Caribbean, with summer itinerary to be confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deck operations, maintenance, and daily exterior upkeep

• Assist Captain in navigational and operational tasks

• Participate in mooring, anchoring, and tender handling

• Ensure vessel is maintained to high safety and presentation standards

Requirements

• 200GT license

• In-date STCW and ENG1 or equivalent Seafarer Medical

• Valid B1/B2 visa

• Strong deck experience on similar-sized yachts

• Excellent references and stable work history

• Professional attitude and ability to work independently
