Vessel Details 40m+ private motor yacht, single-season program based in the Mediterranean. Professional operation with focus on high standards and effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Captain with day-to-day yacht management

• Oversee bridge and deck operations

• Lead and motivate the deck team

• Maintain exterior to the highest standards

• Confidently drive tenders and assist with watersports

• Handle administrative duties and crew coordination

Requirements

• OOW 500 CoC

• All relevant certificates up to date (STCW, ENG1, etc.)

• Proven leadership and deck management experience

• Strong maintenance and tender-handling skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
