Responsibilities

Lead deck operations and assist in navigation duties

Confidently operate and manage tenders

Support team with all exterior maintenance and guest-related tasks

Requirements

2–3 years of experience on sailing yachts 30m+

Yachtmaster Offshore

Powerboat Level 2 (PBL2)

Confident leader with excellent deck skills

No drama – positive, team-oriented mindset

EU-based male candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)
