Contract Permanent – Fleet Management

Vessel Details Fleet of 35 vessels ranging in type and size, operating alongside a private shipyard. Combination of commercial and private use, with focus on maritime operations, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Support Senior Fleet Captain in leading all maritime operations

Conduct regular inspections and ensure vessel maintenance readiness

Mentor and lead crew with a focus on safety and teamwork

Resolve operational issues proactively and ensure compliance

Oversee water sports and fishing activity logistics

Maintain a strong presence in diving operations and outdoor marine activities

Requirements

Minimum Master 200GT

Valid STCW and ENG1

5+ years in maritime operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role

Experience with multiple vessel types, including commercial

Hands-on problem solver with strong leadership and communication skills

Proficient in water sports, fishing, and diving practices
