Vessel Details N/A – This is a land-based role, working in close collaboration with the owner’s yacht crew. Private rental island approx. 14 km² in size.

Responsibilities

• Landscaping & Gardening
• ⁠Systems maintenance: water pumps, watermaker, solar power, diesel generator, plumbing, air conditioning
• ⁠Woodworking and carpentry
• ⁠Building skills
• ⁠Interior cleaning, detailing and housekeeping
• ⁠Guest servicing and hosting

Requirements

• B1/B2 visa (mandatory)
• Young, fit, adventurous couple with yachting background
• Captain + Stew/Cook pairing ideal
• Hands-on attitude and physically capable
• Passion for outdoor lifestyle, watersports, diving, fishing, and nature
• Willingness to commit long-term
