Position Head of Housekeeping (Female)

Vessel Details 100m+ private motor yacht with a focus on high interior standards, training, and crew wellbeing. France-based program with structured weekends off, cocktail training Fridays, and a supportive crew culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team within a 9-person interior department

• Take ownership of departmental operations, schedules, and cleanliness standards

• Mentor and train junior crew members

• Work closely with the 2nd Stew and Chief Stew to uphold high interior presentation

• Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team culture

Requirements

• STCW and ENG1

• Minimum experience on 90m+ yachts

• Leadership or mentoring experience in a housekeeping role

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Strong communication, organizational, and motivational skills
