Salary €5,000–€5,500 DOE + shared charter tips

75m+ Private Motor Yacht

Dual season cruising with select charters

Busy and professional interior program

Responsibilities

Lead the service department

Plan and execute theme nights, cocktail service, and guest events

Oversee junior service staff and ensure high guest service standards

Maintain a polished and professional guest environment

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of yachting experience

At least 2 years in a senior service role

Charter experience preferred

Creative flair and confidence in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

No visible tattoos
