Vessel Details

100m+ Private Motor Yacht – Active and dynamic program – Water sports encouraged for crew – Supportive team culture with emphasis on training and development – Well-structured galley

Responsibilities

Lead galley operations and provisioning – Prepare healthy, wholesome fine dining cuisine – Manage admin, crew meals, and inventory – Deliver excellent food consistently for both crew and guests – Collaborate with team and contribute to onboard culture

Requirements

Experience on yachts of similar size – Strong provisioning and admin skills – Professional chef background (Michelin not required) – Confident in healthy and refined cuisine – B1/B2 visa preferred (assistance available) – Open to learning and participating in onboard training
