Vessel Details

40m Private/Charter Motor Yacht – East Coast USA and Bahamas itinerary – Active program with both private and charter use – Strong leadership and organization required

Responsibilities

Assist the Captain in all bridge operations and yacht management – Lead the deck team and manage deck activities – Oversee tender operations and safety protocols – Ensure vessel operates to the highest standard of safety and service – Assist with guest operations and cruising itinerary

Requirements

Minimum 1 year as First Mate or Bosun on 40m+ yachts – Excellent leadership, organizational, and bridge management skills – Proven navigational experience – Competent and safe tender driver – Professional presentation and strong communication skills – Available for immediate start and currently in USA/Caribbean

Qualifications

Yacht Master Offshore 200GT minimum – STCW (fully updated) with PDSD – Seafarer’s Medical Certificate – Advanced Fire Fighting Certificate – Valid B1/B2 visa required – Valid driver’s license
