POSITION: First Mate – 40+m Private Modern Sailing Yacht

START DATE: Beginning of May

LOCATION: Palma de Mallorca | Mediterranean Season

SALARY: Depending on Experience (DOE)

VESSEL DETAILS

• 40+m modern private sailing yacht

• Based in the Mediterranean

• Seasonal owner usage

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee all deck operations

• Maintain high standards across all deck activities

• Perform and supervise deck and rig maintenance

• Confidently handle and drive tenders

REQUIREMENTS

• Yachtmaster Offshore (minimum)

• Strong sailing background on superyachts (10+ years)

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Bilingual: Spanish and English

• Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
