Position First Mate – 37M World Cruising Sailing Yacht

Vessel Details 37M High-Performance Modern Sailing Yacht – Private Program – Active World Cruising Schedule – Strong Focus on Seamanship and Adventure – Small Dynamic Crew

Responsibilities Oversee deck operations and maintenance – Lead sailing and watch duties – Handle tenders and water sports activities – Mentor junior crew – Maintain safety and navigation standards – Actively participate in long passages and remote cruising

Requirements Minimum Yachtmaster Certification – Extensive large sailing yacht experience – Strong sailing background (dinghy/racing preferred) – Proven leadership and maintenance skills – Hands-on and proactive attitude – Keen to progress toward OOW or Captain qualifications
