Vessel Details

40m Dutch-built private motor yacht, Cayman Islands flag. Starting with a 3-month shipyard period in Cyprus, with possible crossing to the Pacific and Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deck department and daily deck operations

• Hands-on deck maintenance

• Motivate and support deck team

• Set a professional standard onboard

Requirements

• Fluent in English

• Yachtmaster 200gt and OOW 3000

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on yachting experience

• Proven leadership and initiative

• Strong exterior maintenance knowledge
