Vessel Details 40m new build sailing yacht (private/charter). Launch planned for mid-April 2026. Modern sailing setup with inboom furling. Private use first season, with charter planned in year two. Long-term itinerary includes extended cruising beyond Europe.

Responsibilities

• Assist with launch and commissioning of new build

• Oversee deck operations and rigging maintenance

• Support sailing operations including inboom furling

• Work closely with the Captain in navigation and guest activities

• Help maintain high standards of safety, seamanship, and professionalism

Requirements

• Yachtmaster Offshore

• ENG1 and STCW

• Solid sailing background, ideally on 24m+ sailing yachts

• Inboom furling experience preferred

• Candidates with strong smaller yacht sailing experience may be considered
