Vessel Details 94ft performance sailing yacht with an active charter and racing program. Dual season operation with a focus on high-performance sailing and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deck operations and safety
• Provide technical and mechanical support
• Deliver exceptional guest service
• Support sailing and racing maneuvers
• Assist with management of small crew team

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years yachting experience
• Commercially endorsed Yachtmaster
• Strong engineering skills
• Proven hospitality and guest service background
• Age preference: 30–35 years
