Open First Mate Position

First Mate – 46m Sailing Yacht (3:3 Rotation)
Private | World Cruising | Active Program

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated First Mate to join a 46m private sailing yacht on a 3:3 rotational schedule.

Joining early August, cruising SE Asia and West Pacific.

Requirements:

• Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed) or higher
• Large sailing vessel experience essential
• Confident watch leader with solid deck skills
• Fit, active, and not afraid of hard work
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Bonus Skills:

• SCUBA diving, free diving and/or fishing experience
• OOW Cert or modules completed
• Drone flying (for content or scouting)

The Vessel:
• 46m private world-cruising yacht (no charter)
• 6 crew total – close-knit, professional team
