Vessel Details 46m performance sailing yacht with a family-focused program and active Mediterranean cruising

Responsibilities

Oversee all deck operations and uphold cleanliness and service standards

Support smooth communication among crew members

Lead anchoring and sailing procedures with precision

Assist with navigation and ensure accurate log-keeping

Requirements

• Strong sailing background with experience on similar-sized yachts

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills

• Proficiency in deck operations, hoisting sails, anchoring

• Comfortable maintaining deck logs and reports

• Fluent English and EU passport or valid Schengen visa preferred
