Vessel Details 50m Charter Motor Yacht

Busy Med-based charter program. Galley team includes a long-standing female Head Chef. Dynamic and professional environment with high culinary standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality crew meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Support Head Chef with guest meal prep as required

Manage provisioning and galley organization

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley

Deliver a well-rounded crew menu with variety and balance

Requirements

Female only (due to cabin arrangements)

STCW 95

ENG1

Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or higher)

Schengen Visa (if applicable)

Minimum 1 season yachting experience or strong land-based culinary background

Confident, well-organized, and efficient under pressure

Experience with baking and desserts a plus
