Private dual-season program with Med cruising and Caribbean winter

Regatta participation includes Antigua Superyacht Challenge and St Barths Bucket

Deck team includes First Mate, Deck Stew, and Deck Engineer

Responsibilities

Lead deck operations, oversee watch duties, and ensure safe navigation

Operate in-boom furling and captive winches

Run the deck team independently when necessary

Support long-term maintenance planning and onboard team cohesion

Requirements

Yachtmaster Ocean minimum

Strong sailing skills and leadership experience

In-boom furling and captive winch experience

Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
