Vessel Details 40m+ Private Sailing Yacht with dual-season program

Itinerary Med cruising summer 2025, Caribbean in 2026

Responsibilities

Approx. 90% deck / 10% interior when owner not onboard

Approx. 70% deck / 30% interior during guest trips

Assist Sole Stew with turnarounds and service

Work closely with Mate and Sole Stew in a collaborative team

Requirements

At least one full season of yachting experience

Confident in both deck and interior operations

Yachtmaster or Yacht Rating a strong advantage

Strong sailing background

Positive, hard-working team player
