Vessel Details

30m Private Sailing Yacht – Active cruising program – Summer itinerary: Greece, Croatia, Italy, Spain – Potential voyage to Baltic Sea (July) – Winter cruising to Canary Islands and/or Cape Verde followed by Atlantic crossing – Relaxed, adventure-driven atmosphere – Balanced and supportive program

Responsibilities

Split role: assist on deck with sailing, mooring, and maintenance, and handle interior duties including housekeeping and guest service – Contribute to the vessel’s operations with flexibility and a hands-on attitude – Support provisioning and trip prep

Requirements

Previous sailing experience highly advantageous – Positive, adaptable, and adventure-minded – Team player with initiative – Willingness to take on varied responsibilities both inside and out
