Vessel Details 74ft sailing catamaran operating a private/charter program in the Bahamas with a high-standard, professional, and positive crew environment.

Responsibilities Perform all deck duties including maintenance, teak care, line handling, and tender driving. Lead watersports activities and assist guests when required. Support service when needed and maintain high exterior standards.

Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience with a strong sailing background. B1/B2 visa required. Valid STCW and ENG1. PB2 required, Yachtmaster Offshore preferred. Strong technical mindset, confident tender driver, and proactive attitude.
