Vessel Details 80m+ private motor yacht with a dual-season itinerary. Cruising Croatia for the summer followed by the Caribbean. Known for its well-established crew and caring owners.

Responsibilities

Full range of deck duties including maintenance, tender driving, and watersports

Contributing to the smooth and safe operation of the vessel

Participating in guest activities and upholding a high standard of professionalism

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a Deckhand role

At least 2 years of proven longevity on a vessel

Yacht Rating or YMO beneficial

Strong skills in deck maintenance, tender operations, and guest interaction

Valid Schengen Visa and B1/B2 Visa
