Vessel Details 40m+ Sailing Yacht, dual season, private and charter use. Summer in the Med, followed by yard period, Caribbean cruising, then on to the Pacific for exploration.

Responsibilities

Support all aspects of deck maintenance and sailing operations, assist with crossings, regattas, and guest services. Work closely with an experienced First Mate in a team-focused environment.

Requirements

• Yachtmaster Offshore in hand

• 1+ year of industry experience or 1 strong season

• Experienced sailor

• Positive, go-giver attitude
