Position Deckhand / Divemaster or Dive Instructor

Location Spain (joining), Med/Caribbean itinerary

Salary €4,000–€4,500/month

Leave 60 days per year (5:1 rotation – May and November off)

Vessel Details 70m+ dual-season motor yacht with a busy private and charter schedule. Summer in the Mediterranean, winter in the Caribbean. Itinerary for 2026 includes the Pacific Ocean region.

Responsibilities Deliver recreational dive planning and instruction for guest groups of 4–5. Oversee dive equipment setup, risk assessments, and safety checks. Assist with general deck operations including mooring, anchoring, washdowns, and tender driving. Maintain high service standards during guest and charter periods.

Requirements Certified Divemaster or Dive Instructor (essential). Minimum 1 year of yacht experience in a similar role on vessels of comparable size. Fluent English (native or near-native). Comfortable with 30m recreational diving. Strong general deck skills and prior charter experience preferred.
