Vessel Details Private sailing yacht – Based in Italy – Shared cabin – Hands-on program requiring technical and deck experience

Responsibilities Perform general deck duties including washdowns, line handling, and sailing support – Carry out onboard carpentry tasks and woodwork maintenance – Assist with tender operations – Maintain high standards on deck and in exterior presentation

Requirements STCW Basic Safety Training (2010) – ENG1 or equivalent – Schengen visa – At least 1 season of yachting experience – Fluent in English – Male only (due to cabin arrangements) – Carpentry skills essential – Yachtmaster Offshore preferred
