Position Deckhand – 50M Private Motor Yacht

Location South of France → Greece → South of France

Salary €3,000 – €3,500 per month (negotiable DOE)

Leave Permanent Position (Initial 3-month trial contract possible)

Vessel Details 50M Private Motor Yacht – Red Flag – 5 crew during shipyard, 9 crew during the season – Important Beach Club with extensive water toys and jet skis – Shipyard period (Feb-March)

Responsibilities Assist with deck maintenance and guest service – Manage and operate water toys and jet skis – Support Beach Club operations – Drive and maintain the chase boat – Ensure high service standards

Requirements Valid STCW and ENG1 – RYA PBL2 & PWC required – Master 200/Yachtmaster (preferred) – Extensive deckhand experience on 40M+ yachts – Strong water sports skills – Fluent in English (French or Spanish is a plus) – Sporty, well-presented, and service-oriented
