Responsibilities Stand watch during Atlantic crossing – Navigate and helm during assigned watches – Ensure safety and coordination with fellow crew – Assist with sail handling, routing, and onboard maintenance during passage

Requirements

• Proven experience as a watch leader on large sailing yachts

• Strong offshore sailing background

• Confident, safety-minded, and team-oriented

• Must be available for the entire duration of the crossing
