Single season cruising the Mediterranean during summer

Crew of 11 onboard, 21 within the fleet

Responsibilities

Prepare meals for 21 crew daily in collaboration with the cook/stew

Support healthy, varied menus including dietary requirements

Maintain high galley hygiene and provisioning standards

Promote a positive, team-oriented environment

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in a similar role

Culinary training is a bonus

Fluent in English

Energetic, passionate about food, and eager for progression

Non-smoker

Seaman’s Discharge Book in hand
