50m Private and Charter Motor Yacht – Dual-season program – Med cruising for Summer 2025, Caribbean in Winter, and USA-based in Summer 2026 – Professional and well-run operation

Responsibilities

Oversee all interior operations including guest service, housekeeping, laundry, and provisioning

Lead and mentor the interior team

Ensure high standards of service and presentation

Collaborate with other departments for smooth onboard operations

Uphold excellent guest experience during both private and charter trips

Requirements

Previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized vessels

Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Team-oriented, personable, and adaptable personality

Looking for long-term fit within a great program
