Vessel Details 35m private motor yacht currently completing a shipyard period in Italy. Solely used by the owning family, cruising the Mediterranean for the 2025 season. Small crew structure.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the interior department

Provide exceptional guest service including table setting, laundry, and housekeeping

Motivate and coordinate a small interior team

Maintain high service and presentation standards

Interact confidently and professionally with guests

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Chief or Lead Stewardess role

Proven background delivering high-standard service on private yachts

Strong leadership, hands-on approach, and excellent attention to detail

Positive, organized, and proactive personality
