Vessel Details 44m private motor yacht based in Monaco with 6 crew onboard. Currently in Toulon finishing a shipyard period before starting the Med season.

Responsibilities Lead and manage the interior team. Oversee service, housekeeping, and laundry. Deliver high-level guest experience including wine pairing and cocktails. Maintain presentation standards and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements Proven Chief Stewardess experience or strong 2nd Stew ready to step up. Minimum 2–3 seasons experience. Experience on similar size vessels preferred. Fluent English. Strong wine and cocktail knowledge. Valid STCW & ENG1. Schengen visa or EU passport required. Must be Europe-based and ready to join immediately.
