Private/Charter 80m+ Expedition Motor Yacht

Responsibilities

Lead and manage an interior team of 5

Deliver exceptional guest service, including table and floral decoration

Oversee all interior operations with strong attention to detail

Mentor junior crew and maintain high presentation standards

Requirements

Minimum 2 years as a strong 2nd Stewardess

Ready to step up into Chief Stewardess role

Exceptional service and organisational skills

Excellent verbal and written English

Creative flair and team leadership

Qualifications

STCW (fully updated)

Proficiency in Designated Security Duties

Seafarer’s Medical Certificate

Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2

Seafarer’s Discharge Book (preferred)

B1/B2 Visa (preferred)
