Vessel Details 45M Motor Yacht – Palma-Based Year-Round – Dynamic and Friendly Crew

Responsibilities Oversee all interior duties – Lead and mentor an interior team of 3 – Provide high-level service for owners and guests – Manage accounts and administrative tasks – Organize and execute 2-3 guest events per season – Accompany guests for meals while maintaining professionalism

Requirements Minimum 4 years of industry experience – 2 years of longevity on a single vessel – Previous experience on 30-50m yachts – Strong organizational and administrative skills – Positive, bubbly, and highly organized – Committed to a long-term position
