Interior Team: 2

Responsibilities

Lead the interior team of 2

Deliver high-level service and guest interactions

Oversee all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, and service

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in the industry (with at least 1 year as Chief Stew or 3+ years as 2nd Stew ready to step up)

Proven longevity in previous roles

Excellent guest interaction and conversational skills

Sailing background is a strong plus

Fit and active lifestyle preferred

No visible tattoos, true non-smoker

B1/B2 visa essential

Itinerary

Summer: East Coast USA (Maine, Newport)

Future: Shipyard period (Florida or Georgia TBC) then Caribbean
