Well-established dual season program with mix of cruising and regattas

Participation in Antigua Superyacht Challenge and St Barths Bucket

Interior runs with Chief Stew and Deck Stew

Responsibilities

Lead interior operations including service, housekeeping, and guest relations

Coordinate with crew and support team dynamics on board

Maintain high standards and support longevity in a collaborative environment

Requirements

Prior experience as Chief Stew or Sole Stew on similar-sized sailing yachts

Strong organizational and guest-facing skills

Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements

Open to couples with First Mate
