Vessel Details

50m Motor Yacht – Busy charter program – Based in France or Italy during winter – Strong crew longevity and supportive team – Shipyard period over the winter

Responsibilities

Lead the interior team during an active charter season – Oversee all interior operations including service, housekeeping, guest experience, and administration – Maintain charter readiness and high standards at all times – Work closely with the Captain and Heads of Department

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of yachting experience

• Previous Chief Stewardess experience on similar-sized vessels

• Proven charter background

• Valid STCW and seafarer’s medical

• EU right to work or valid Schengen visa

• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements)

• Based in Europe or UK for repatriation
