Start Date May 2025 (work May with current Chief Stew, then leave June & July, back on board August 1st)

Vessel Details 55m Private & Charter Motor Yacht with US owners – Family oriented with teenage children

Responsibilities

Lead the interior team of 5

Deliver creative, themed guest service including hosting big parties and charter events

Work alongside the existing Chief Stew in May

Undertake rotation duties while maintaining high service standards

Provide excellent guest hosting and innovation in interior operations

Requirements

Proven Chief Stew experience on similar sized yachts

Strong leadership and creative guest service skills

Ability to manage a busy charter program

Fluent in English and a team player

Must be comfortable with rotation schedules in a Med/Caribbean itinerary
