Vessel Details 37m sailing yacht with a mixed private and charter program for the summer. Runs with 5 crew.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of interior operations

Provide high-level front-of-house service during charters and guest trips

Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization

Coordinate with the team for smooth service delivery

Requirements

Female candidate due to cabin arrangements

Prior experience in a similar Sole or Chief Stew role

Experienced 2nd Stews with strong charter background considered

Excellent organizational and service skills

Fluent in English
