Vessel Details 50m private motor yacht based in Italy operating to high standards with a single Mediterranean season

Responsibilities

Lead the deck team and manage all navigational and bridge operations

Ensure safe operations and upkeep of the vessel

Oversee watch schedules and deck duties

Maintain crew discipline, training, and communication

Liaise closely with the Captain and other departments

Requirements

Minimum 1 year’s experience as Chief Officer on 50m+ yachts

Strong navigational and bridge management skills

Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Experience in the Mediterranean preferred

Qualifications

OOW (minimum)

STCW (fully updated) with PSA/PDSD

Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (ENG1)

Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
