Single-season program, winter based in Spain

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the deck team

Oversee deck operations and maintenance

Support active sailing and regatta preparation

Requirements

2–5 years’ experience on large sailing yachts

STCW

ENG1

Yachtmaster

Strong leadership skills

Tattoos acceptable
