Location Mediterranean (Caribbean Winter 2025)

Leave 60 days per year (if permanent)

Contract Permanent or Seasonal – Private & Charter

Vessel Details 50m dual-season sailing yacht operating both private and charter programs. Summer cruising in the Mediterranean, winter 2025 in the Caribbean. Professional, active sailing program with a deck team of 3 (Bosun + 2 Deckhands).

Responsibilities

Lead the deck team

Oversee deck maintenance, operations, and safety

Assist in navigation and bridge watchkeeping

Support charter operations and guest services

Maintain high sailing performance standards

Requirements

OOW minimum (Chief Mate 3000GT preferred)

Strong sailing background with experience on larger sailing vessels

Available to start early May

Team leadership experience essential
